Job Summary: Leads the financial forecasting, budgeting, planning and analysis for the BU and is equally involved in forward looking information as well as the accuracy of monthly financial statements and performance analysis in the areas under its responsibility.  The scope of this work encompasses all financial processes affecting gross profit, working capital and cash flow as well as the coordination of full financial statements. This role has direct ownership for revenue and margin analysis, commercial program management and related accruals and settlement activities and cost accounting and analysis.  A key objective of this position (and its direct reports) is to provide the organization with analytical support focused on profitable growth, cost savings and working capital improvement and to influence outcomes with key functional leaders and peers based on that analysis.  This role establishes and maintains systems, tools, reporting and cross-functional processes which support these objectives.  Manages, trains, mentors and develops 4 finance staff to accomplish these objectives and provides necessary training to others to accomplish objectives.

The FP&A Manager performs these responsibilities in close coordination with the North American shared services, and  commercial and operations leadership and their teams. In addition, this role is the primary liaison with Corporate finance and Affiliate finance teams on matters pertaining to these areas. 

 


Sr. Technical Service Manager - Fungicides (NE)Posted: September 10, 2014

Provide product technical support and expertise for the region and assigned product category working closely with sales team in support of sales and profit objectives.  This role requires close interaction with Centers of Influence (i.e. universities, distributors, and key customers) and Arysta Development Managers.  Assist in the coordination and execution plans in support of Arysta development efforts.
