Job Summary:   Represent Arysta LifeScience as key contact to Contract Manufacturing sites (Toll sites) and coordinate the manufacturing of goods. Accountable to assemble and communicate detailed technical instructions for formulation and packaging to the Toll sites. Provide on-site start-up oversight as required for quality manufacturing operations and resolve any shortcomings with the manufacturers.  Analyze material mass balance of production to ensure quality compliance and limit variances vs. theoretical output.  Lead stewardship and product awareness programs at the Tollers.  Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize product design and manufacturing efficiencies.  Communicate accurate Toll site production quality, timing and cost information back into the Arysta organization (purchasing, planning, and logistics teams), propose and lead change to meet the supply chain goals for the products under the incumbent’s management.
