JOB Summary: Manage necessary sales activities involving external customers within a specific geographic area: NY, PA, NJ, VA, WV, ME, VT, NH, RI, DE, MD, CT & MA. Primary responsibility is the focus on specialty crops with our fungicide portfolio in key market areas in NY, PA, NJ & VA. Apply strategic sales tactics to achieve budgeted sales and profit objectives in alignment with company objectives.
Job Summary: Draft, review, negotiate and close contracts for all areas of Arysta’s US, Canada and Australia business (including sales, marketing, supply chain, R&D and service contracts). Ensure that appropriate input and sign-off are obtained from applicable areas of Arysta in compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist Head of Legal, North America on other legal projects as needed.
Provide product technical support and expertise for the region and assigned product category working closely with sales team in support of sales and profit objectives. This role requires close interaction with Centers of Influence (i.e. universities, distributors, and key customers) and Arysta Development Managers. Assist in the coordination and execution plans in support of Arysta development efforts.
