Senior Contracts Attorney (Full Time, Temporary) Posted: July 29, 2014

Job Summary:  Draft, review, negotiate and close contracts for all areas of Arysta’s US, Canada and Australia business (including sales, marketing, supply chain, R&D and service contracts).  Ensure that appropriate input and sign-off are obtained from applicable areas of Arysta in compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist Head of Legal, North America on other legal projects as needed.

Job Summary: Develop and manage human resource practices that will provide a results oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes accountability, engagement, collaboration, quality and compliance. Serves as the operational manager for key areas of human resource management at Arysta LifeScience NA including design and implementation of benefits administration, salary administration, talent acquisition, budgeting, policies and procedures, and compliance with all regulations and legal requirements. Provides consulting services to managers regarding talent development, organizational design and change management.

Financial & Demand Planning Analyst Posted: June 30, 2014

Job Summary: Responsible for capturing inputs for planning, budgeting, and forecasting of inventory, purchases, payables, and cash flow.  This individual works closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to identify issues and make recommendations affecting the optimization of the business’ working capital and profitability objectives.  Performs analysis of changes vs. budget, forecast, and prior year in support of communication to business leadership.  Prepares ad hoc analyses to make recommendations and support decision making in all areas of responsibility.

Additionally, this position is responsible for managing supply plans to meet customer demand for a segment of the business’ product portfolio.  Translates sales forecasts into a monthly production and purchasing schedule, and monitors supply throughout the S&OP process.  Analyzes forecast changes and planning constraints to assess forecast risk and opportunity.  Collaborates extensively with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory to monitor gaps between the demand and supply plan.
